Refund for Goods

Lewensentrum Athletics club ordered samples for running shirts from the above company which we had to pay for in advance . The samples arrived with a terrible job been done. The cotton used on the garment was a different color on the inside and out side. The print color of the one shirts was not the same as we requested. WE wanted blue and orange we got purple and orange. The sleeves of the ladies shirts were longer then the body part. On top of this we had to pay for a delivery fee from Potch to JHB and when we were told to return the goods we had to pay delivery fee again. WE have called and send email asking for a refund which was said would be done but till today no communication and no refund. Calls are not returned.
