Vouchers for restaurants that cant be used

Recently went to a restaurant that said they dont belong to the Entertainer as the app expired in 2017 when i bought the new Entertainer for 2018. Why are they still on the 2018 entertainer if they dont belong anymore. Emailed customer support. Still no response after 1 month
