The Entertainer travel is a HUGE ****

I recently purchased the entertainer app for the sole purpose of the Entertainer Travel 'Buy one night get one night free' offers. I made a reservation for the Warwick New York Hotel and they are informing me that they dont have the \One Complimentary Night\" offer available, the only offer that is available is the 20% off offer. The Enterainer app Hotel Rules of Use state that this 20% off may also be provided by the hotels at times where there is no availability of the One Complimentary Night offer, so then what determines whether there is availability or not of the One Complimentary Night Offer? If hotels have that option, will all hotels not just say that they don't have the One Complimentary Night offer? Will those hotels ever have that offer available or is the Entertainer just ******** customers to believe they have the One Complimentary Night offer but instead only have the 20% off offers? I am incredibly disappointed because I see that this is all a ****. I would therefore like to cancel my purchase of the app, and get my money back please.<br> "
