Are you advocating copyright infringements in your selection of a winner of this internationally run competition?

I find it highly unlikely that your chosen winner has obtained permissions to use the various imagery that constitute the final entry and not even the slightest credit has been given to any of the legal owners of the imagery.

I recommend that you make investigations into the usage permissions and licenses that have has obtained, and if they fail to comply with legal requirements with regard to copyright infringement, you might want to select another winner who has made an effort to create something original, and not ****** the property of others...as stated in your terms & conditions: "the entrant submits on the Site, a photo depicting the most ORIGINAL, funny or crazy depicting a **** vacation in a destination of their choice"...I emphasize the word "ORIGINAL".

I also bring the following excerpt from your terms & conditions to your attention, "Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion." and would like to point out that your competition entry website and Entertainer social media pages are currently responsible for hosting this imagery online.
