Terrible customer support - trying to cancel The Entertainer purchase
After trying multiple methods of contacting The Entertainer, I finally managed to get hold of them (after at least a week) as their automated help bot with human assistance would time out without creating a ticket number.
I managed to get them to cancel my purchase as the vouchers on the app was removed, BUT I have yet to receive my refund. I followed up on the same cancellation email (3 times) without any response to date. Worst customer experience I have ever had. Would definitely not recommend the product/service

11 Mar 2020, 23:31More than a month later the issue is still not resolved. I was contacted by the Entertainer who indicated the refund was made in January. After I supp**** her with bank statements showing that no refund was received, I have not heard from her since. This is more than a week ago... I need to reiterate that even the follow-up service is terrible...
