Refund of App

<p>I purchased 2 of The Entertainer Cape Town Apps. On numerous occasions, in December, i contacted the online agents to assist with having to gift the 2nd App but had no help with that. I have also requested a refund of the Apps, a service consultant emailed me and i advised that i want the Apps refunded. The Apps are still active and i have still not been refunded. </p>
