Pathetic Customer Service

I bought 'the entertainer' last year in December 2017 on a promotion you were running. Early bird special for R295.00 for 2018 instead of the normal price of R495.00.

When I went to use it this month, January 2018, it wasn't working. I spoke to one of your 'live chat' consultants, Andre who said that I bought the one for 2017.

This is incorrect because, firstly, who in their right mind would spend money for something that will last for less than a month instead of waiting to buy the same product in the new month for the same price but valid for a year? Secondly why would I buy an 'Early bird special' that is only valid for a month? It's not so early if it only lasts a month!

Andre said I would be contacted within 48hour to resolve this issue. It's been 144 hours since and I am still waiting.
