NO HELP, NO CLUE

<p>I bought the entertainer app, used it well and enjoyed it for a while. Now its freaking out, and going offline the whole time, I cannot login even on the app. The help line asked the exact same stupid questions over and over. No clue what they are doing? Please get this sorted or I want my money back.</p>
