False advertising and poor customer service

Worst customer service ever. This app gets rejected by allot of the merchants advertised on it. Very embarrassing experience if you would like to use it and the restaurant has to explain to you that they no longer support the entertainer app. Reported cases like this to the entertainer and they always seems so surprised about it. Clearly they don't have a good understanding with their merchants.

Tried to sort it out with the entertainer and they fail to assist me in this regard. I have lost money by this false advertising app. Seems like their management also don't worry about sorting this out as my matter has been forwarded to them without reply. Truly disappointing.
