Entertainer does not reply on live chat and living room Jozi (Maboneng) refused to use it

<p>Drove all the way to the living room jozi and was told by all staff and management that they have no idea what the entertainer is.</p> <p>Please assist with refund for our drinks as well as removing this place off the system - living room jozi charges a ridiculous entrance fee and is overpriced but are using the entertainer for free advertising. </p> <p>Generally been very happy with the entertainer until now - live chat not working when we needed it most.</p>
