Efficient and friendly response to a complaint

I wrote a complaint here on Hello Peter and inboxed them on Facebook about a product I purchased not being as advertised. <br> It turns out there was some technical error that caused me not having access to the full services on the there mobile app. The matter was resolved within a day. <br> The communication was clear efficient and friendly even with me being highly irritated at the time. <br> Well done and appreciated.
