deceptive and dispiriting experience

We bought The Entertainer App half a year ago. Since then we have had disappointing experiences because The Entertainer does not state clearly enough what the conditions are. In one case we had lunch on a Sunday to be told that The Entertainer is not valid on that day while it was not stated in the information. In another case we found out after the meal that the set menu's we had ordered were not eligible for the 2 for 1 offer. This was not mentioned on the information page but only on the pop-up page which you open when you want to pay, very deceptive. It has been a mistake to sign up for such a con scheme. We should have known better, the consumer pays, the restaurant pays and has to offer a free meal, not a sustainable business model, only profitable for The Entertainer. We don't want cheap, I rather pay a bit more and have a positive experience in stead of arguments with the restaurant owners who try to protect their profitability by misleading their own customers.
