Bad experience

Outlets that are partnered with the entertainer act as if they're doing the customer a favour by serving them. Redeemed one deal recently (first and last) and was made to feel as if we were there for a "freebie". Waiter was terrible, the food was cold and slightly stale in my opinion. The same outlet was never like that when I visited before without the entertainer app.
