Poor support

Very poor customer support. I have been trying to log into my account for months and have been emailing the provided email address for support. I get a message in response saying that I will be contacted with 48 hour but this never materialises. I have tried calling the numbers provided and get no response ***, *** and ***. Extremely disappointed and amazed that a business can be run like this???
