App ****med me out of my money

I was supposed to get a free version of this app via my FNB banking app. I installed it and gave my banking details. I was then charged for the app when I thought I was booking an event. When I contacted the App Admin, they told me that the app was installed via the wrong platform and therefore charged. Also that they did not support refunds to my country and quite sarcastically and snotty congratulated me for not having 2 copies of the app. I have since uninstalled it, having been left with a bitter taste and don't want to do business with these ******. I tried to sort the payment via my bank, but this was also unsuccessful. Please be VERY careful!
