Pathetic service

<p>Goodday I'm a unhappy customer. I was quoted on email through Gumtree for a Jeep part that I required. I paid the part and courier costs as quoted. The part arrived and I had to pay the courier charges again. The part sent was not what I ordered. I need to return the part and be refunded. Now the person says it's too late to return the part for a refund only on the part. This was at The Engine Workshop in Silverton Pretoria </p>
