The Engine Room unavailable

My tyre was damaged in a pothole. I phoned the Engine room an they informed me to go to the nearest Tiger Wheel and Tyre. I took a day off work to do this. The staff at Tiger wheel and tyre was very helpfull but they could not get a hold of my insurer The Engine room (A division of Wesbank). I hope this mail will evoke a response from either Engine room or their affiliation Wesbank.
