False promises, apologies & more promises

My vehicle’s chip and dent policy is up for renewal. Despite many attempts to get this renewed, all I receive are promises, apologies and further promises. My other vehicle has an active chip and dent policy with The Engine Room, but rest assured, I will NOT be renewing it with this company. They obviously do not need me as a client!

Pathetic to say the least, it’s a pity HelloPeter does not allow me to give a zero star rating.
