Bulldoze to sell - struggling to cancel policy - do not recommend

I was sold a policy, but was misinformed.

I have cancelled this policy last week, and spoke to supervisor - but I am still waiting for cancellation.

Spoke to Motovantage, also spoke to a supervisor to confirm cancellation, still waiting. Also emailed Motovantage to cancel policy - to get hold of the cancellations department you hold for 20 minutes plus.
