No delivery or refund for dress purchased

I bought a dress for my daughter in October through the enchanted child website https://theenchantedchild.co.za/ the transaction seemed legit until I did not receive any confirmation of order from them. I waited for some days and nothing came. I grew concerned and DM’d them on instagram and they ignored me. Then I went through their comment section and discovered a whole lot of complaints from people who placed orders with them before. I commented that I think I may have been ****med and suddenly they responded to my DM and requested that I take down the comment and that they would expedite delivery of my order.

I refused to take down the comment and I got told that they don’t need my money, and they would give me a refund. Till this day, I am still waiting for that refund.

I fell victim to this pretend online shop, I hope others don’t fall victim too.
