DONT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT- THE EMPIRE STEAK FLORIDA RD

My family and i was at your restaurant yesterday evening and we ordered 3 x sirloin 300g steak and starters. The steak was not cooked to our satisfaction, We asked for it well done but the meat came a bit raw to our table. I received an email back from the store apologising for there mistake and they did admit that they were busy and they slipped out. I spoke via email to the owner Mr Ismail Timol and he was not very apologetic regarding my bad experience. He says that the steaks were taken back and recooked and thats company procedure and theres nothing he can do now. I did advise him that once a steak is cut into and then recooked it becomes like rubber. I asked him to reimburse me for the steaks only and he has not responded. This is not the way an owner of a restaurant should treat his customers. I advise the public not to go to this restaurant. You will have a bad experience
