Unsafe place ever

My kids visited the place for the weekend and we had an unfortunate experience. Some guy came into our rooms in our sleep, he stole phone and watches. They tried to trace the guy and no one knows the guy even the guards saw the guy but couldn't trace him. 1. How on earth the guy having an access into the hotel? 2.. Why he was not stopped from the gate after the incident? 3. Why management is quite about this? 4. What if girls were ****d? Something must be done or the place must be closed down for people's safety. The guards must tell the truth about this.
