********* tutors: The Economist school of economics

Hi. I signed up for economics tutor sessions with this tutor company. The tutor Ralph is not able to commit to a schedule and fails to respond to one's messages, leaving you uncertain about when your tutor session will actually take place. He always has an excuse as to why he couldn't do a session, its either he was stuck in traffic, load shedding or he had to move house, etc. He has no respect for your time and for the service that you have paid him for. After a few weeks I requested that my money be refunded and he did not refund me. A very unprofessional and ********* business, I would not recommend them to anyone.
