Disappearance with outstanding Consultants fees

Hi,

I would like to share my experience here and hopefully warn/help others not to fall into the same trap.

My company have delivered Consulting Engineering services to above mentioned company. After approval, The Owner just disappeared with our outstanding 50%. We have tracked down other suppliers as well.

We have also appointed a private investigator and got full details of owners and previous/resigned directors. We take this matters to court now.
