The cleanliness, upkeep, and overall presentation of the estate are consistently maintained to a very high standard, and it’s obvious that he takes real pride in his work. What makes Reece stand out even more is his willingness to help beyond normal working hours. He has assisted residents after hours on numerous occasions, even when he wasn’t required to. That level of dedication and care is rare and incredibly appreciated. His professionalism, approachability, and proactive attitude make living at The Eastlake an even better experience. Reece’s hard work doesn’t go unnoticed, and the estate is truly fortunate to have him.

They are always supportive, incredibly responsive, and genuinely friendly — making every interaction an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism and caring attitude create such a welcoming atmosphere that we honestly decided to stay here because of them! The entire team, from the security guards to the maintenance and office staff, contributes to a truly harmonious environment. Everyone is approachable, kind, and always willing to help, which makes living here such a breeze. It’s rare to find a place where people care so much about the residents and the community as a whole. Thank you, Reece, Zay, and the entire team, for making this estate feel like home
