Service not Rendered and No refund

<p>I started my drivingng leasson with the Driving School by the Name of "T S Driving School'' in polokwane. firstly i paid R1500 for two weeks practice/leassons,then paid 2500 and 315 in November 2016 till now the service of R3565 has not been rendered and when you want refund they are always strories.In November he said he was going to book for me in order for me in order to go for testing and he **** about that cos when i wanted the booking form proof he came up with Stories again ,endless sms and call wher done without his respond..Then decide to ask him for refund as he did not render the service and i was not happy, On the 15 December 2016 he asked for my account in order for him to refund me but he did not again endless sms where send to him with no reply,On the 17th December 2016 i called him again and asked how far is my payment,he replyed by saying i should send him Capitec Account i did but no money was deposited into my account,January 2017 i called him again but his reply was harsh and not proffesional because when i asked about my money he asked me ''where do you think i can get money in January '' i mean this is the same person who said he will deposit my money in December 2016.letter of Demand where send to him regarding this matter but he didnt even bother to intertain in and am 100% sure that am not the only person his owing as the was another lady who said his owing her R5000 till today she didnt not get any service and they is no refund,so now my question is...izit how he oparate?should i also give on my money as others did?and if thats the case he must just say it cause am really tired of his games.All i need is my money!!!!!!</p>
