ThedripConnect poor service

I placed an order last Wednesday at ThedripConnect. I was informed that the payment would take 48 hours to process after which the order item would be allocated and delivered within 3-5 days. I have waited nine days and still haven’t even received a reply from them informing me on how far along the process is. I have tried contacting them on Facebook messenger, Instagram and via email and they have not come back to me. Before deciding to purchase anything from ThedripConnect, make sure that you are not in a hurry to receive the item because it will not be delivered any time soon. Also be cognisant of the fact that their customer service is extremely poor and you will not get a response back from them regardless of the social media platform you use.
