Dishonest company

I am utterly horrified at the atrocious and dishonest service of this company. I placed an order about 5 weeks ago and still have not received the goods. After many weeks, I requested a refund for the item ordered and that also has not come through. Thereafter I offered them ANOTHER chance to redeem themselves and to rectify this unpleasant situation by sending the parcel to me, which they did not action either. I unfortunately now have to resort to opening a case of ***** at the police station.
