False advertising

We ordered 4 sets of ties and waistcoats to be made. On their website it says they have designers and talk of professional service. I collected the ties and it was so badly sewn that it fell apart. The stiching was so visible not even the colour matched the material. The waistcoasts were even worse. The one had one extra button sewn kn between the other buttons and none of the holes matches up. The other waistcoats had the kne side bigger than the other side as much as 2cm. No wo der the one side was hanging skew. I have never seen such ad workmanship. I called anil to discuss this and he simply said he will refund me my monies. What a disgusting attitude and 18 days before my wedding
