The Dream hair-No business ethic at all

I would give 0 stars if i could! What a ******* of a boss. Nearly fought with me physically over money.... i had gone in for my hair, i was assured 2 packets would be enough and it would cost R4580. I was assured it would take 2.5 hours. I walked in there at 2:44 and i just left and it is 8pm. When we were "done" the hair was so little it looks horrible but because of the time and being late for the charity ball i agree to buy another packet of hair and come back tomorrow to complete and the price goes up to 6000. I check the tray and find that 32 extra pieces was concealed from me which i had already paid for. Anyway i am now willing to pay by card which my fiance gave me to use. They say the machine is broken and i take even more time to drive us to the atm and draw it only to realise that my withdrawal limit is 3000 although i could have and infact offered to swipe in the shop and they begged for the cash. Now the owner is pushing me in the street for his money and as a repeat customer of atleast 6 years on first name basis i asked to bring the remainder when i come for my 12 appointment tomorrow and thia man just lost his mind pushing and shoving me in the street for money i was willing to pay in the beginning in the shop insteaf of withdrawing in a dark alley for his convenience. I have never been so disrespected and humiliated in my life. I am over an hour late for a charity ball and i now look like a ****ing idiot and i put this hair on for a trial because i wanted it for my wedding! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL TAKE THIS TO HELLOPETER AND ANY OTHER FORUM I CAN THINK OF, I WILL ACTIVELY DISCOURAGE ANYONE TO EVER GO THERE AND THEY HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF MANY MANY YEARS! MAYBE LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY REPEAT CUSTOMERS, MAYBE GO FOR A BUSINESS COURSE! ASSHOLE!
