Terrible service at Drakensberg chocolate tasting factory

A very shocking experience for been the first time at this place. Visited this place for this ling weekend, and the service was appauling. Sat at a table with my family and never got served until my hubby had to go in to order. The last serving my hubby said there is no bananas and very little strawberries, only to find out that the very next table in 2 minutes received the same order with bananas and strawberries falling out of the bowls. The owner had done nothing even after I complained and showed her a picture of what was served at our table.
