Mine is a quick one, I’d like to find out at which point should I give up on this case.

I feel that I’m failed by the justice system, since August 2023 to now December 2024 no feedback.

I’ve been to Roodepoort magistrate court till I felt like I’m wasting my last cent of which after leaving the court my ex husband calls me, which to me indicates that he gets more update than me who’s the applicant. Meet with senior Prosecutor Mothibi & Prosecutor Duma.

My last hope was Pritchard street justice department also I’m getting your case is being worked on. I emailed mndin****** , ***, ***, ***, ***.

whilst visiting the courts, other peoples cases get solved within three months or so mine it’s been 16 months not even one phone call or email to said this is how far the case is but my case ex husband gets informed more than me.

In short, I’d like to know if I’m wasting my time since I’m just a broke single mom or how much is my ex husband paying to get feedback because maybe I can go sell my body to try and pay up for me to get a simple feedback
