When good businesses go bad!

Used them 3 or 4 times and was impressed with their service. On this last occasion they missed their delivery commitment, no communication - had to chase up via their chat function on the app.

Told that the product was out of stock, and then it became process of pulling teeth. They kept making it my problem to find an alternative, all I really needed them to do was to provide options, instead the chat operator…who I suspect is the owner became rude, obnoxious and basically created friction.

All they had to do was apologise and provide an alternate solution, instead they made it a showdown and promised to review them on all available platforms - which I am now doing!
