Very Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery

Stay away. Shocking customer service and ever-changing delivery ETA, finally an attempt to deliver today 13 days after I placed my order (and cancelled in between due to the shocking service). I was prepared to accept the order today, however they wanted me to accept 18kg and not the 20kg which I had already paid over R2000 for…when they could have given 21kg… (pack size issues are understandable but this was extremely badly managed) Taking my business elsewhere after nearly 3 years of being a loyal customer that clearly means nothing to this business. Strongly advise you avoid them.
