Robbing app

Bad service and useless app, I purchased dog food on the app and a week later it is still not delivered. RAM Couriers does not have my details on their system. Contacting the support team on the app does not help and they take long to respond. I cant even find the tracking number on the app. Obviously this is a ****, don't use as you will lose your money.
