Can't trust Dog Food App to deliver

I recently purchased nearly R4500 dog food. Delivery date came and went.... As did numerous subsequent delivery dates! They also no longer reply to me on the Chat.... After telling me to be patient, it's now ignoring my requests. No dog food, no refund and no customer service! No problems with first few orders. However, they have certainly ****med me out of money and obviously have no shame in what they do.
