Abusive owner. NEVER buy from them

This company deserves a 0 rating. They don’t respond to your chat for 2 days, then when I sent a follow up they made horrible remarks to me as they couldn’t view my chat and expected me to know that. They called me abusive for asking them why they can’t respond to my messages. Thereafter the owner John said I’m an opportunistic freeloader who is not welcomed on his app. I have never seen such disgusting behavior from a company who I was a customer to for so long. Do not use the Dog Food App. They don’t even deliver the next day if you order before 10am.
