Terrible experienced received,

I made an appointment with the owner Arthur, they experienced difficulties at the previous appointment and did not make, Arthur was sincere and make another appointment with me for the next day, they showed up 45 mins late. I paid R300 for grooming of a puppy, the services included bathing, conditioning, de-shedding, cutting and filing nails and paws and cleaning of ears. they only gave him a bath and cut his nail. nothing else was done. I complained to Arthur, he continued to tell me im not a dog groomer so how would i know. pathetic customer service,

I would not recommend them to anyone
