3 consultations and still waiting for prescription.

I've been to one doctor at this practice three times already to get my chronical prescription. My Dr passed away so I was a new patient here. Then blood tests was needed although I had it with me and reception scanned it in. Then she wanted to sent in Chronical Forms to the medical aid, which I had to remind her of over email weeks later and I had to forward the blood tests again. Then I sent it in, and the medical aid rejected to cover some of the medication. Then I emailed for my prescription and nothing. I've already been there 3 times the prescription, happily charged for consultations, but STILL NO PRESCRIPTION!
