You will not receive your Order

A order was placed in January 2026 with thediybox.co.za. We were informed that the order would be delivered by the end of February. On 2 March, after not receiving the order, I sent an email to follow up. Liza rep**** and said the order would be delivered within 2 weeks. On 2 April, after still receiving nothing, I emailed again. Once again, I was told the order would arrive in 2 weeks. On 10 May, after yet another delay and no delivery, I requested a refund. Liza responded that the website states there are no refunds and again promised delivery within 2 weeks. I informed her that I wanted my money back, but the refund was refused. As of 19 May 2026, I have still not received either my order or a refund. With this being said, I want to warn anyone considering using The DIY Box to be cautious based on my experience.
