Dealing with Trevor at The Dive Factory in Congella in Durban has been a pleasure. I ordered goods online and received it in record time. It so happened that I misjudged sizes and I could not really use the item I ordered. I called and discussed the issue with Trevor. He arranged a courier the same day to collect... arranged for his manufacturing tem to re-manufacture the item as I wanted... and charged me less than cost to do this. The items were received this morning in Jhb by courier... and custom changes were done precisely as discussed. Dealing with these folks has been a pleasure and service is fast and precise.
