Review for Dino World

I purchased tickets for Dino World last year and received an email on September 27, 2023, apologizing for the inconvenience. They promised that if we retained our tickets for this year's event, we would receive vouchers for each person. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a lie.

We kept our tickets but never received any voucher emails. I've tried reaching out multiple times via email and even on Facebook, but they either don’t respond or just say they’ll get back to me. The last message I sent was completely ignored. It's frustrating to deal with a company that clearly doesn’t know how to keep their promises. Save your money and look for a more reliable event! Last year they could not deliver the event , then they cannot live up to their promises.
