Refund - ******

Like a lot of people, I also bought tickets for the Dino Expo, after all the media came out about this ****. I requested a refund which they said they would do. I sent all the details that was needed. They said it could take anything from 7-30days. It’s now been 2 months and a few emails later and no reply. It’s only R130, but to me it’s the principle of it all and I refuse to let it go.
