Pathetic service

Good day,

I requested for a refund on the ticket I have purchased to take my daughter for July 30th, seeing as the expo was now cancelled, I am yet to receive my refund as its now been well over 30 days, since my cancellation request sent on the 25th June. I have sent numerous of emails and to date, aside from someone requesting my banking details and an abrupt email asking for my ticket details, no one has bothered to reply again. I am now taking action and mentioned that this will be posted on Hello Peter, unacceptable. They were quick to take the money off my account, that was the easy part...

I want my money back asap!!!
