My refund from dino Expo

I am very disappointed on the Dinosaur event that was supposed to happen in Cape Town that ended up not happening I’ve been requesting my refund since September they are not responding to me they are not even picking up the phone that they said we must go on the email they are not even responding on the emails that have been sending I’ve been sending multiples email there is no communication from anyone they’ve just told me that I must be patient because they are doing multiple to refund they are not putting their customers first I am very very much disappointed in them and I want my refund immediately
