Is this a ****?

Arrived on the correct day, the date on our tickets. No one was there, there were no signs and they did not let any of us know. There were about 5 other families too. There has been hardly any response regarding a refund just a generic refund email. Starting feel like a **** or business with zero respect for paying costumers.
