False advertising and a rip-off

Where do i start.. as the event states that there won’t be enough parking we went ahead and booked a parking spot which cost R75. On arrival there were so many parking spots available that we actually could’ve parked right in front of the door. So money wasted there. When we entered i noticed that it does not look like they advertised. The lady explained how we should walk to see all the dinosaurs.. we did that and i my child saw everything in 5 minutes.. keep in mind that we booked the tickets for 2 hours. After we walked through the place and saw all the 7 dinosaurs that they have there the kids wanted to go on the 3 rides that they have.. this cost us R180.. and its nothing special. After that they wanted play in the play area.. which i also had to pay R60 for both children. I did not know that they were only allowed to play for 15 minutes. They didn’t even play for that long they only played for 5 minutes. When they came to take a sip of their cool drink and went back.. the lady told them to get out because we need to pay again.. so i lost my cool and confronted her. She said that when they leave and come back its hard to monitor how long they have played… which is not my problem that they don’t know how to manage this. After all i think its a waste of money.. my son have more dinosaurs at home. They did not deliver what i they advertised. My son enjoyed it and it was an experience but never again will i support this event again. I spent more at the event than what the tickets cost me. Its a rip-off. And every time you leave a bad comment on fb they remove it because they don’t want the rest to see what a terrible and wast of money the event really is.
