Dissatisfaction

We visited your expo at the Pretoria Botanical Gardens on Saturday 17 November we purchased tickets for the 10 AM slot but had to wait 45 minutes before being able to enter due to the exhibits not yet being connected to electricity points , in fact the electricians were still putting connectors onto the extensions . there was no communications from the organizers and the responsibility was left to the inexperienced staff on duty, the staff on duty did not even stop people and children from crossing the lines and touching the exhibits , Some of the exhibits were not in working order. It would have been great had there been competent persons at each exhibit explaining each one. We purchased 10 tickets at a price that was not worth it , we were very disappointed in the condition of some of the exhibits and again with the organisation as a whole
