Bad experience

I buy tickets for the dino expo in George. They advertise this great adventure for any age. Kid entertainment and so on.

When we arrive at the train musseum where the dino expo was held we looking for where it is. We follow the people. A security guard take us to where we have to give our tickets. There was no electricity. Everything was dark. I have to use my celphone for light to see the dinosaurs. There was a generator but not big enough for everything. The 15 min walk was only a 10 min walk in the dark. No special effects except colour light on no moving dinosaurs. Only one was robotic. The photos was bad quality. Blur. After the 3rd do over I just leave. No jumping castle, no fossil digging compition. Nothining like the photos they post on facebook. Our time slot was 12 o clock Saturday 4 November. I complain via facebook no answer. I ask today for refund from compitiket. Wait for a answer. I drive 300km for this show. Have to pay for a place to sleep , food to eat.
