Unsatisfactory Client Experience

Monday 2nd August 2021, I placed an order with the above service provider for a cake using the Facebook page linked to WhatsApp. Order placed and confirmed linked for payment forward and payment was successful. My initial instruction was communicated via business cell number ***. The order was for a birthday cake to be delivered on Friday 6th August 2021. On day of delivery no correspondence took place I had to contact them to find out update on my order, eventually the reverted back with reason for delay being electricity not working caused by some sort of electric unit repair in the area and they promised to deliver the cake the next day, to my dismay they did not live up to that promise, again communicated with them to no response. I wrote to them via Facebook messenger and WhatsApp about my discontentment of such business ethics/customer service. To date no cake has been delivered, no feedback provided. I'm highly disappointed and would never make use of this online business order with them.
